We deliver throughout Ocean City, NJ! Whether you're staying at a hotel, rental home, condo, or Airbnb, we’ll make sure your items are waiting for you or delivered right to your door.

Not at all. We coordinate with your check-in and check-out times to drop off and retrieve items with minimal disruption. Just leave your rental items in the designated area (usually the porch or entryway) and we’ll handle the rest.

Absolutely. Cleanliness is our top priority. All items are professionally laundered and sanitized before every rental to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, just reach out! Call/Text 6098109509 or email us at [email protected]

Simply leave everything in the agreed drop-off spot by your checkout time. We’ll handle pickup from there no stress, no fuss. However, if our rentals end up locked inside your rented property, there will be a $25 retrieval fee.

We understand accidents happen. Minor wear and tear is expected, but significant damage or missing items will incur a replacement fee. Full details are outlined in our rental terms and conditions.

Yes! We offer local pickup from our headquarters at 807 E. 8th Street, Unit C1 (adjacent to the Hanscom Hotel). Just let us know you’d like to do a pickup when placing your order.

We’re a young, energetic team with a deep love for Ocean City and the vibrant community that makes it so special. Pacaless is proudly co-owned by Vic’s Cleaning Service, a trusted local business that has been serving Ocean City and the greater South Jersey area for over five years.

No one wants to do laundry on vacation so leave it to Al, your friendly vacation concierge! That said, if you do need to freshen something up during your stay, you’re welcome to wash any linens or towels. Just be sure to follow the care instructions on the labels to help keep everything soft, clean, and long-lasting (Al appreciates it!).

Here are a few quick tips from Al the Alpaca:

Towels:
• Wash whites and colors separately to keep things bright.
• Skip the bleach our towels prefer the gentle life.
• Got a stain? A little Oxyclean works great. Or just set it aside and we’ll take care of it!
• Please don’t wash towels with beach towels or colorful laundry dyes can transfer, and nobody wants a tie-dye surprise.

Linens:
• Wash with cold water on a delicate cycle using mild detergent.
• Tumble dry low (they like it chill, like Al).
• Dont forget, no bleach, our linens like to keep it natural.
• Spot a stain? Treat gently or leave it to us.

If items are returned with significant staining or damage, a replacement fee will apply. We take pride in providing clean, quality essentials and appreciate your help in keeping them in great shape for the next guest.

Absolutely! Most of our beach gear and household items are already set up with built-in discounts based on how long you’re staying! Whether it’s just a day, two or three, even a full week (or four!), we’ve got flexible rentals that fit your plans and your budget.

That’s just the authorization hold, not a charge. It’s a temporary hold to protect against damage or loss. No money is withdrawn, and it’s released after your gear is returned and inspected.

We release it immediately after we inspect your rental items. Your bank may take a few days to show it back in your account.

It depends on what you rented:

• Small orders: $10–$20
• Most gear and baby items: $30–$50
• Larger bundles/setups: up to $100

You’ll receive a separate email with your exact hold amount and a secure link to complete it.
